Warren Allan, CRA, P.App. (Retired)

Although recently retired Warren continues to hear from past clients and is happy to hear from new inquiries often saving you time in searching for colleagues that know the Sunshine Coast and our many rural communities.

I have appraised thousands of residential, recreational and remote island properties on the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas since 1996.

As a former three consecutive term Sechelt municipal councillor and Deputy Mayor of Sechelt, we adopted ourĀ  most recent (2011) Official Community Plan, established the Sechelt Community Forest and saw the creation of Mission Point Park, a public waterfront park, in popular Davis Bay. And while living in the Selma Park community of Sechelt, I am presently restoring our waterfront cottage that has been in the family for over fifty years. Now a proud second generation owner, restoring the cottage has become one of his favourite pastimes. And sailing …

Whether your property is located in the District of Sechelt, Town of Gibsons or any of the surrounding communities including Langdale, Elphinstone, Roberts Creek, Halfmoon Bay, Secret Cove or in the Pender Harbour area from Madeira Park to Sakinaw Lake and Ruby Lake up to Egmont and Earls Cove and beyond I know the communities and neighbourhood well. I have also appraised many of the surrounding islands from Howe Sound to Jervis Inlet over my 25+ years appraising on the Sunshine Coast.

As a retired member in good standing in the Appraisal Institute of Canada I am happy to answer your questions about valuations of your property. If you require an appraisal for financing purposes, a legal appraisal for court or have a family property and require a valuation for Canada Revenue Agency use, feel free to email me or give me a call today.
